You might be able to do a washer for a bit less but It just cost me $21 to ship a single cam pulley from SJ.?

I just paid $21.49 each from a US Lotus parts supplier for the Nylatron pilot bearing thrust washer, A079F4029F. Price at SJ was $7 plus shipping, but the wait could be a couple weeks.

I am NOT encouraging using something besides the original spec item, as Nylatron is a special nylon filled with molybdenum disulfide lubricant powder. Still, if you don¡¯t want to pay the $28 (with shipping) and wait several days and were going to install it without a washer, you might consider using a nylon washer of a similar size.

I checked online, at McMaster-Carr and a couple other places, but did not find anything close to that size in Nylatron.
