Ted, This is a common problem with the SHS 280, most likely the gear on the rear driver is split!!!! There is a procedure on the NASG website on replacing this gear, Ed Sauers [email protected]>

Not sure exactly how many driver sizes NIMCO made, but besides the 1.25"/80" they also made a 1.125"/72" driver. I have attached pics them side by side. Unfortunately, I don't have any extra 80"
