I don't know about Lionel, but I've read much of model railroading makers in China are owned by J.P. Morgan Bank.? So reusing them in China shouldn't be anything but a raising Capital problem.? Please, this is not a political statement, but a comment on bringing back wanted AF.? Please do not go to a political reply.? But if I'm wrong, I gladly accept correction.
