Hi Andrew.....One way to do that is to buy my house.? Then there is no need for me to dismantle a 50+ year model railroad layout and sell it off piecemeal.? The house is $4 million and the train layout is free.? The weather here is perfect and there are a lot of excellent jobs in the area.? Cheers.........Ed L.
