In case this is still relevant, some feedback from NYA. If for any reason you still haven't been able to buy a ticket, contact Customer Support. If that doesn't work, contact me.
1. The initial problems were caused by server overload which caused a software glitch which seemed to set subscriptions temporarily to "free". This was fixed inside an hour and delays got shorter going West as the time zones progressed. If as a result you took out an additional paid subscription, please monitor the situation. You should not be charged. Contact NYA Customer Support if you have any difficulties with this.
2. The problems with access affected everyone, so the playing field stayed more or less level, but NYA apologises anyway. Tickets are still available if you missed out for any reason.
3. NYA has no control over the "grey" non-available areas on seating plans. The Hollywood Bowl for example has yearly subscribers covering all concerts.
4. A small number who paid their subs in the past by Stripe may as a result of a Stripe bug not be flagged as paid subscribers. If in doubt, contact NYA.
