The hidden and bonus tracks will not be released on CD in the future nor as mp3 files for purchase. The mp3 set of files mirrors the tracklist on the CD edition. hope this helps clarify, -Archives Guy

I'd gone over the discs lists before. So I'm no stranger to the possible duplication(why not give your purchases of?NY & CH at TFE and?Massey Hall to yer' relatives?); that is what I'm thinking.
