Capture the Horse Tree - Final reminder
FrankB
Folks,
with all these new threads and FA and BSB coming near it's not so easy to remember the trees. That's why here comes the last reminder for the huge 'Capture The Horse' tree. Registration will at least be open till Sunday night. Then I plan to create the structure. No time to begin earlier, so please wait for a few days. All about the tree: www.neil-rocks.de/cth.html A nice weekend to all of you, Frank ~feel no evil~ |

From: <ExtremeBicep@...> Subject: Favorite Sex Music <PRE>All time hands down favorite: Kashmir by Led Zeppelin. Even thelength of the song seems just about right.Hmmmmmmmmmm............... Perhaps that's why I like those seventies prog rock groups with those thirty plus minute epic jams vs those 3-4 minute rockers?!?!?!? |
james taylor w/neil
Can't recall if someone mentioned this one, but in my sloooow read of
Shakey, last night I came across the Harvest portion. Ronstadt and Taylor were in Nashville for the Johnny Cash show, so they sang on HOG. And (p 364): Taylor also layed down the jaunty six-string banjo picking on "Old Man." "I don't think I played on one before or since," said Taylor, who was untroubled by Young's rough-draft methods. ------- yep, a pisces shouldn't have any trouble w/feel....... wish i'd seen this show.......wow! then again, i usedta watch the johnny cash show a lot so....maybe i did :) <i was young and didn't know what to do> mira |

Bridge James Taylor/Neil collaborations?

I'll predict Tenacious D will sing a classic tune or 3 for the kids. Jack Black can pretty much get any song across to a crowd. Maybe they'll sing a clean version of "Rocketsauce" Anyone out there have any Norah Jones boots yet? If so, I'd love to get some. Indy Dave Sack Of Dreams |
Re: sex music (nnc)
Thanks to all of you, I'm sitting at my desk at work
listening to my Police/Synchronicity album, and I can't get through 'King of Pain' without thinking: "I'm surprised nobody has used that one yet". Fortunately, it does not apply to me! I'm kinky and I LOVE to listen to ARC during a particularly raucous session! That repeated phrase "Love and only Love" over and over is just wonderful. -----Original Message-----

commerciallyIs the (pre-Neil) album recorded by 'The Rockets' available on CD? PK Paulson Stay The Way They Are<<<<<<< I'm sure someone else has answered this by now but yes, it's available. www.deepdiscountcd.com has it for $11.77 with free shipping. I don't think it's a great album, but it's worth getting. There's some interesting stuff on it. But don't miss the first Crazy Horse album without Neil. That one IS a great album. I shouldn't have waited so long to buy it. Kerry Alone at the microphone |

Re: Serge Gainsbourg and French videos (NNC)
Have you bought his 2 Concert DVD, released last year? You would
have no problem with them... Maybe they will release more SG DVD next year, for his 75th Anniversary. BTW, my favourite SG song is "La Decadanse". Though I love Je T'Aime... too. IMO the arrangement itself is a classic. The opening bass lines with guitar chords, then the Hammond organ riff, and the ever-surging strings. My favorite line: Birkin singing "Tu es la vague, moi, l'ile nue" What poetry!
