Alex, it looks like I may have a bad cable. The tip of the LINE IN is open. LINE OUT checks out OK (the unit decodes just fine). This may explain why I am never able to see any TI-5000 sound card. I discovered this by metering the audio
pins after looking at a schematic to see which ones did the audio.
A new cable is on the way from DXengineering. Hope this fixes it.

When connecting the TI-5000 to your computer the above (virtual) dedicated comports are created for the TI-5000. So do not use COM4 in Wsjtx when using the TI-5000, but use the indicated Com-ports as shown above:?COM8 for CAT - and COM9 for PTT.
Other settings I use with my K3:
CAT settings: Databits 8, Stopbits 2 and handshake none.
PTT settings: RTS, Mode None and Split operation Fake it.
