There is a dedicated kernel for the most popular dell devices I think.?I would suggest moving away from the windows-mobile?
Then just go from there with stuff like direwolf?

Is your error ("cannot find the slot for index", and "cannot create card instance"), I edited my /etc/modprobe.d/alsa.conf file changing lines like these:

The vcgencmd moved directories from 32 to 64 bit. ?It moved from /opt/vc/bin to /usr/bin. ?Edit the conkyrc file.
Did you go into raspi-config to check your audio settings?

I have loaded wsjtx_2.4.0...? It runs fine.
I can't get Audio {C-Media does not show either wsjt-x or Pulse} to work... {works fine 32 bit}

Be curious to see back to back tests of the 32 bit build and the 64 bit for any differences in speed on the FT8.? The libraries you had to download to make the compile scripts work were all 32 bit.

Have you checked the firewall rules?
I dont know if you just run iptables or you have UFW
try
sudo *iptables* -L -v -n | more
and check all the rules you have. there may be something in there
