Check the location of the flat on the red led. It should be facing the non nectar, not the edge of the board. Mine was backward, and I had to unsolder it, turn it around, and resolver it to the

If you hold the board with the Pi edge connector to the top and the USB connection to the left then the jumpers are fitted horizontally on? the right hand pair of pins. 73, John G8BPQ
