What power supply are you using? Just the bare Pi4 the Raspberry Pi foundation recommends a 3.5A supply... With the hat and any other accessories, I'd suggest at least a 5.1v 4.0A supply

I think you are correct. The 'linux kernel' is 'available' to be added to Windows-10. This may be something akin to a 'virtual machine'. :-| ? Chuck

Don, As I mentioned before, there is a log file at /var/tmp/gps.log that will help diagnose the issue.? Please post that so I can help.? It doesn't matter if your GPS is flashing or not, it matters
