If you see the top line of my screen shot, it says it’s backwards compatible with nearly all previous Pi models with a 40 pin header. This doesn’t use pogo pins but a jumper cable for various GPIO

This Waveshare full size HAT supports 5v @ 5A via pogo pins going to the GPIO pins. It should be compatible but it doesn't specifically say it:
