Re: Any PI mag non-subscriber receive an 8gb Pi-5 yet?

You got to be kidding?!?!?..... Just after Covid-- the founder of the Raspberry Pi editorializes in his magazine and on the web, that he was concerned that those big businesses who make large orders of RPI's as the "Heartbeat" (my words)? of their equipment that sell. He stated, "they have families to feed" and therefore RPI's would go to them first....

Now I'll explain what between the lines says:
Meaning those companies that sell RPI clusters for BITCOIN mining to the rich to make them richer,? will get priority on any RPI's? before the college or high school student, poor kid in a 3rd world country or Ham Radio Operator..

The Raspberry Pi "FOUNDATION" needs to be investigated, as the intent of the "Foundation" has no longer been met. I am not a citizen of the UK so I do not know if it's "non-profit" or had tax advantages, but I know they do not? operate with their original intent..?

I have been with the Raspberry Pi's since the start, Yet they claim they are producing 1/2 million units per month..
6 million units per year..? and we've had a shortage of 3 years now......

No do not expect a RPI5 available for a long time unless you're willing to pay scalper prices...

It's all about the money, not the introduction of low cost computing to the world. Especially 3rd world.?

That's my take and I'm sticking with it..
