Just found a clever way to use the new RasPi zero 2 W.? Very easy to load the Arduino app then use your RasPi to program the Arduino.

QT5 is a GUI framework for building applications. You're probably referring
to QT5 Creator, which is a tool for creating, building and debugging QT5
applications.
