Pat Menu Config Screen
For some reason, I can not see the bottom of the config window for Pat Menu.? This is the only screen that appears to display longer then the desktop can display. Basically, the bottom is cut off and

Yes, I use a SCU-17 with both the Pi 4 and 3A+ connected to a Yaesu FT-891 and FT-817nd. Works very nicely with wsjt-x and fldigi.

This may be silly but could RF be getting back into the PI? Try a few
Toroid On the USB line.. also try lowering the power to see if anything
changes.
