Am curious as to HOW does RPI work?
Do you have to load the RPI operating system onto RPI first
Then Program the SD Card with Pi-Star ?

I would "think" that the RPi has it's software on board.? When you power it up, it boots up, then somehow gets a command to go to the SD Card to run the Pi-Star Program?
OR...Is the RPi and Pi-Star programs BOTH loaded on the SD Card?

Have been using MMDVM with Pi-Zero Cards....No problem.

Acquired some Raspberry Pi unit, with Nextion Screens....whole NEW adventure.
If I get the RPi units running on DMR,? ?I suppose have to load different software on Nextion Screen to display the information???
