It did work for me earlier today. ?As you mentioned, Google warns that it’s too big to virus scan but that’s easy enough to do locally.

On the other hand, here's a link that should work.? You'll get an error about not being able to scan the file, but you should be able to continue on with the download.? This is a ZIP file so you'll have to unzip it to get the image.
