I have some PRC134 radios which are almost the same as the PRC139.
Unfortunately I have just the MX-1151u hand programmer. I am also
looking for the PC based software. However you should know that even
if you do find the software, you will need the special PC to radio
cable ( connects to the side of the radio).
I believe this cable has some active components in the db9 computer
connector, so is not just a simple lead between pc and radio.
It is very very difficult to find programming information for these
radios; let me know if you have any radios or PRC139 stuff for sale.
