ENDGAME - temporary strike of set
Hi All, On Wednesday 9/4 at 10am, we need to temporarily remove all our items from the Theatre and move them across the street to Ki.? On Sunday 9/8, prior to the 3pm rehearsal (2:30-ish), we will need to move everything back to the Theatre.? If you, friends, or family are available to help with this process on either &/or both days, ?please join us. ? Thanks Beth

Comp tickets for Endgame cast and crew
Hello everyone,
As in the past, we're offering 2 comp tickets to each cast and crew member for the performances?of Endgame.? To use a comp, folks will need tickets for a specific show, which can be "purchased" through .? When you select the show you want to see, then select the "cast member" option which will give you a ticket but you will not have to pay anything.?

I don't anticipate any major set disruptions during the short time to construct the set. Check with Darcy to see what she thinks. The last time we worked together there were no problems.

The library does have a meeting room and the Episcopal Church have Sunday School rooms also. ?
I work 2 to 3 days a week until 4:30 but can get there when I get off. ?I am here this Sunday but have Altar Guild until noon or a little later.

ENDGAME - Sept Calendar Updates
Hi All, Based on the input I received, here's my comments and updated Calendar.? If any of these changes won't work for you or I missed input you provided, please let?me know.
2 hour Call times: ?Actors, until we decide what is actually needed, please make yourself available.? If we need less time, we'll change the call time.
Wednesday 9/4: ?I'll hold the time as an optional Nagg/Nall rehearsal.? We can choose to not do it when we get closer to the time.
Sunday 9/8: ?3-5pm rehearsal time
Hell Week -? - 9/21 and 9/22 @?4-6pm
- 9/23 @?7-9pm
- 9/24 @ 7-9pm: ?No Hugh.? We will use this to fine-tune Tech needs and work specific actor needs.
- 9/25?@ 7-9pm
Pick-up Rehearsal - ?Scheduling this just before the final performances is proving to be difficult.? At this point in time, I'm proposing we have this on Wednesday 10/2 from 3-5pm. If you know that this won't work for you, please let me know.

I¡¯m assuming all of these rehearsals are for the fun play? Re: 9/4 I was going to say we shouldn¡¯t forgo any rehearsals, but actually paying attention, I see what you mean.? I¡¯ll gladly bow to Sallie's wishes but personally I don¡¯t think she and I need more work on our interaction.? What we¡¯ll need to work on is getting in and out of our bins which we can¡¯t do meaningfully until the box is built the following week.? When the box is ready she and I can work together or separately outside of rehearsal times.? So I guess I go for just skipping 9/4.
For the rest of September, prior to Hell week, I think the schedule should be skewed to whatever Mike K needs¡ªwhich he probably won¡¯t know until he returns from his trip.? I anticipate needing more rehearsals.? I¡¯m not anticipating any problem.? I¡¯m just saying that we need to be flexible enough to do whatever it takes to make sure Mike is comfortable.
One last thing¡ªfor a cast of 4 do we really need a full two hour prep time for dress and performance nights?
