Re: 9/4 I was going to say we shouldn¡¯t forgo any rehearsals, but actually paying attention, I see what you mean.? I¡¯ll gladly bow to Sallie's wishes but personally I don¡¯t think she and I need more work on our interaction.? What we¡¯ll need to work on is getting in and out of our bins which we can¡¯t do meaningfully until the box is built the following week.? When the box is ready she and I can work together or separately outside of rehearsal times.? So I guess I go for just skipping 9/4.
For the rest of September, prior to Hell week, I think the schedule should be skewed to whatever Mike K needs¡ªwhich he probably won¡¯t know until he returns from his trip.? I anticipate needing more rehearsals.? I¡¯m not anticipating any problem.? I¡¯m just saying that we need to be flexible enough to do whatever it takes to make sure Mike is comfortable.
One last thing¡ªfor a cast of 4 do we really need a full two hour prep time for dress and performance nights?
Everything else in you note looks fine.? As always thanks for all you work and forward-thinking.

4.? Hell Week rehearsal times: ?My proposal is Sat & Sun 2-4pm; Mon-Wed 7-9pm.? Does this work for everyone (everyone includes Tech: light, sound, costume, makeup).
5.? Pickup rehearsal: ?I would like to have an actors only (no Tech required) rehearsal prior to our performance on Friday 10/4.? I would like this to be on Thursday 10/3 ?7-9pm, my second option is Wednesday 10/2 ?7-9pm.? Please advise if one of these days will NOT work for you.
Please respond to the above questions and let me know if there is anything I've overlooked.
