We are planning to offer RAAC Ears for hearing assistance at this show and we need to do a test beforehand.? They've been used for?a movie but not for live theatre before. It looks like Sunday, Tuesday or Wednesday are the options.? I think Matthew will just do his tests while we're rehearsing?- shouldn't disrupt our work. Any concerns or preferences about when he comes?

If the system seems to be working, we'll alert ticket holders that the system will be available and suggest they come early if they want to try a device. We'll have volunteers in the lobby to assist them.?

There have been a few changes , so here is where I believe we are as of today.? The show runs 90 min.? We will do a full run through (with tech as noted below) each rehearsal, so to finish on time we must begin by 30 min into the scheduled rehearsal start time. (e.g. for a 4pm rehearsal, we must begin the run through by 4:30)

Friday, OPENING NIGHT, show starts at 7:30pm. ? Actors base your arrival time on what you need to prepare AND ?what Pat and Diane ask of you.? I will plan to have the Theatre open by 5:30pm.?
