It would be extremely useful if the addition of this Y-info could automatically flow to the GENI World Tree.
Why?
Because undoubtedly a good percentage of these tested individuals have profiles in the GENI tree and many of them connected to the broader tree.? If this were the case, there¡¯s a fair chance that I¡¯d see a new Y-match with cousins, near or distant.? It also could help with theoretical ancestral connections where exact paper trail doesn¡¯t exist and it would be useful to know whether a male line descendant¡¯s DNA might disprove the connection.
But alas, I don¡¯t think any DNA results migrate across to GENI without manually intentionally clicking on the LINK button.
