Dear SAI members:
I am posting to tell you that we have uploaded the Sing Out For Peace
information on our Web site at:
Each chorus president should have already received the official Sing Out For
Peace packet in the Connection Newsletter mailing.
However, if you would like another packet, each sheet in the packet is listed
in a downloadable format on the above-mentioned Web address. Also, you will
find example press releases on the Web.
We have high hopes that this campaign will be a success and that the majority
of our regions and chapters will participate. Imagine the local, national and
international press coverage Sweet Adelines International and its members
will gain during the campaign. The possibilities are limitless.
Several choruses have already been in contact with our office regarding the
events they have planned. And we are THRILLED!!
As I received comments and suggestions from choruses around the world I will
post them on our Web site at the above address. Hopefully participating
choruses and members will find the suggestions useful for their event. I plan
on adding those suggestions within the next few weeks, depending on the
correspondence I receive.
Please let me know if you have questions or concerns regarding Sing Out For
Peace.
Don't forget to fill out and send in the Pre-participation forms by July 1,
2002.
