The Harborlites chorus is hosting "One Night Stands," a monthly event
for those interested in quartetting (seriously or not). This is open
to everyone (from every chorus) who wants to participate, no strings
attached. The first one will be held next week, with additional dates
to be announced.
According to Claire, who's hosting the event this time, singers from
over 8 different choruses have already RSVP'd, so it should be fun and
a chance to meet some new folks.

ONE NIGHT STANDS ARE BACK!
All current and potential quartet singers are invited to a
QUARTET MATCHING PARTY
FRIDAY, MAY 24TH, 7:00 P.M.
Quartet Matching with a difference - we'd like to make this a monthly
event.
We'll get together with singers from all over Southern California and
do some voice matching. The goal will be for you to leave that evening
with the names and phone numbers of at least one potential quartet! It
will then be your responsibility to get together on your own to learn a
regional song which you will then present at the
next "ONE NIGHT STAND"!
After your performance, the quartet "breaks up" and all members can be
re-matched! Participants can be in as many "One Night Stand" quartets
as time and energy allows!
Existing registered quartet singers are also welcome to participate to
share their valuable experience.
This will also be a great opportunity to create some novice or double
quartets for Summer Regional.
