How do I add repeater on the host files? I was a member of the
PAPA System and we were instructed and informed that after you
link their repeater to the reflector or other repeater that you
are responsible to unlink them, so I was thinking their system is
open. I will ask them on the next meeting. Thank you.

repeaters for linking to and may want you to link to
reflectors only.
