Only connect the camera after all the software is installed, including the QSI-MaxIm Plugin, then after checking that MaxIm starts up ok and you have entered the license key close MaxIm

The installer for the MaxIm DL native QSI PlugIn puts the camera plugin .dll file in the wrong folder and MaxIm DL 6.50 doesn't see it, that was because Diffraction Limited
