On most forums there is a Troll that sometimes uses a ridiculous name to hide their true identity. Their main purpose on your forum is to get attention, start a conflict , or insult someone, but not to contribute to the forum in a meaningful or friendly way. If a Troll is outed they often return with another name, that again obscures their identity. The best thing you can do to discourage a Troll is ignore their posts. Dave VE3KCL?

If you really care who he is, it’s not hard; took me about 5 minutes using his old moniker of ‘jesuschristontoast’, and frankly I’ve already forgotten because he is insignificant to me.? He’s also blocked by my email provider.? ? Mike WM4B ?

These days I suspect that expressing pity for someone would be considered a bad thing becasue it could be seen as condescending or patronizing. But when someone actually self identifies to a description like this one it's just sad ... patheitic even.
In this situation help can't be offered so the best thing to do is to figuratively look away and walk on past (i.e. as noted ignore their posts).

If we have just a few dudes that must wear masks oh well. Using one's real call adds real ham radio culture to their contributions. We'll one of the 3 we did unmask, hard to say if the other 2 have a non-fictional ID here.?

Yes, Johns.? By all means, show your papers.? But, and this may be a stretch, but just consider it, what if someone in this forum isn't a ham, or doesn't want their call sign associated with this forum?? Then what?? Horrors!? An interloper!? I haven't been an Elmer or a VE for quite some time, but I have blown many a students mind in the past by reminding them that like with anything else in life you should listen more than 80% of the time, and that they all have Extra Class receiving ability already!? Don't need no stinkin badges for that!?
It's always been a bad idea to exclude non hams from ham groups.? Honestly, a QCX or QDX could be a great receiver for someone starting off.? ?You could even leave out the finals until the proper time...?
