Hopefully the increased power is not due to harmonics also getting through; the presence of harmonic energy

1) People are already using multi tone digital modes.
2) The QDX does not include amplitude modulation capability so SSB is not possible

I connected a Fluke 289 in series on the +DC leg of a 12 VDC power adapter measuring 13.4 VDC output at open circuit.
QMX was unplugged to ensure it was off.? Plugged in with the barrel
