Excellent news.
Now the Tx.? If you are receiving well then T507, the LPFs, L401 and T401 are all connected reasonably well.
A bad connection to L502 or T501 could be why there is no Tx. Try

No transmit on all bands is usually either a) one or more bad connections to the leads of T501, or the center tap twisted lead of T501 not contacting both wires; or
b) the primary single wire going

Re: your intermittent display-- There's a tab on the back of the LCD display that's supposed to get bent over some. It's described in the build manual. Was that done? :-)
