Re: QDX xmit one flash
Looks ok to me.
Sorry, I can't help much more. Is the waterfall display showing anything?
Maybe time to start checking the receive signal path back from the antenna socket.

Re: QDX xmit one flash
No.
But what do you have the audio devices set as, in WSJT-X? Should be something like QDX-input, QDX-output. (Use F2 to go to settings, then the Audio tab).

But would that explain why the QDX is not hearing anything? I do have the output and input devices set in my audio settings to 100%

Hi All,
My QMX had the short between Q103/Q104 which was discovered before powering it up.
The AOD403 was replaced as the original one fractured with modest pressure applied with the heatgun.

From page 10 of the manual:

Thanks for the reply. I did forget to mention my power slider is set to max. The problem I am having is the QDX has no audio in or out. Also, I just noticed this error as I continued to

Re: QDX xmit one flash
Do you have the power slider in WSJT-X set to maximum? It needs to be at max for the QDX to work.

QDX xmit one flash
I submitted a previous topic regarding the audio migration settings. That may not be the problem. I finished my QDX build and am now trying to get it to operate. It comes on just fine and I updated

Re: No receive QMX
Hi Paul
"Transmit enabled" means that you can transmit. It does not mean you ARE
transmitting. To transmit you press the T key.

OCXO
Hello all.
Is there a way to simplify the OCXO adjustment if a thermometer (having a miniature probe) is available?

Re: QMX - smoke - another C107/Q108 failure
Hi Razvan
Thanks for your input - I meant only to rig up temporary linear supplies on my bench to check through the main-board, not as a permanent change
The plan is :
* Remove both SMPS boards

Re: No receive QMX
Roger, I've been through the connections with a fine tooth comb, but no harm in doing it again., but it would be nice to know if "transmit enabled" should be permanently showing, as in my case,

QMX, Song of praise, all 5 verses sung!
Short form:
- QMX ordered
- waited ( waited, waited, waited patiently)
- built, => firmware installed, => turned on, => running.
Once again confirmed, the kits from QRPlabs are great.
To fit so much

Like you posted.
Thinking a bit more the things involved in Rx but not Tx are the band pass filter components L401 and it's associated capacitors and the trifilar transformer T401.
