Re: Tariffs?
Sitting here nice and smug having received my tariff free U3S

Re: Available Hand Mics for QMX SSB ?
Thanks Erik! I JUST got the notification my mic was delivered. Look forward to trying it with the QMX later today.
A question for everyone: what would be needed to make this mic work with an IC-705

Re: Does L502 cause excessive voltages on the QMX finals?
I was looking at your spice model and noticed an error. The 1:1 transformer primary inductances are wrong given the secondary inductance of 4.4uh. The primary halves should each be 1.1uh, 1/4 of the

Re: QMX shutting off at 10.5V
Yannig, good point from Chris about the shown values. And there is an interesting information from your screen shots.

Don't leave USB power test meters in line when you are not actually taking measurements, and when you do, make sure no other equipment is hooked up to the power bank - either before or after the

Re: QMX shutting off at 10.5V
That's an interesting one.
I'd start by checking the actual voltages, measuring using a separate meter.? Check the '+12V', VCC (5V) and VDD (3.3V) voltages at the different input voltages, You may

Re: QMX shutting off at 10.5V
Hello again,
I had the time to think about it further...
I can't make my QMX do SSB, I was blaming the microphone but may be there is something else going on. Whenever I do SSB, it is very noisy

Re: Available Hand Mics for QMX SSB ?
Hello Daniel, I used a microphone from an old Panasonic phone. I don't have any information about it, but I tested it in the terminal and it had very good sensitivity and dynamic range.

Re: QMX and power bank PD
Muhsin,
Others have said 5.5 x 2.5mm works, then their QMX failed.
It seems risky to depend on a plug that is not the correct size.
When I look at your link I say "It does not have the correct size

Re: QMX and power bank PD
If you look into this link,
You'll see 3 types of plugs.
Only 5.5 x 2.5mm plug works with QMX.
This is not what I think, It is what I and other people are using.
What we know/read may not be the
