Yannig, good point from Chris about the shown values. And there is an interesting information from your screen shots.
The second and the third are showing the 3.3 V working at the limit (Duty cycle and Duty max at the same value).
I would suggest to test your SMPS boards off line (see
QMX QMX_Plus Power supply test Process ). Do you see the right voltages at ADC_3V3 and ADC_5V when testing off line? But please do all the tests.
