Adam,
Good work! Do you still have the caps shorted, C71-C74?
IMO, that would have to be a pretty good spike to travel that far through the chain to not messed something else up.

Wainwrights on the air. Similar to SOTA but for The 214 summits listed in Wainwright's guides. It's been active since 2009 so has 13 years head start on you.

Re: QDX FST4W-300 Transmits only 2 tones?
#qdx
And here is the QDX transmitting FST4W-1800:
Note that the tone spacing is only *0.089 Hz* , and the QDX is tracking these accurately and cleanly.? Pretty amazing!
But there does remain a frequency

Yes, according to my Elecraft W1 wattmeter, there is no change, all bands still report about 5W.

You're right. On 40m there's 3.694 V there, on 20m (BPF 1) 0.348 V.
Would T2 be affected with the band selection? It shouldn't...
I checked, it seems fine.

My vote would have been Waffle Houses as opposed to Walmarts. Sadly that would only be available in certain parts of the US. Perhaps more prestigious? ?

I think LOTA a good idea for several reasons:
1. It's a new area of interest that might attract new hams2. It gets us out of the house (XYL's probably love it)3. It is another way to practice
