Yes, many theories and some good some bad (lot's only half explained).
Example, ground loops:



The point them out and mention a 'single point ground'. But if they're
ground wires are long then they still have ground loops. Basically
it has to do with 'there is no zero ohm wire'. They do mention that in
the second floor ground problem.

To sum up what I've read so far. RF grounding is a myth. There are
only two type of Grounding; AC and safety. Oh and you need to deal
with RF grounding. Good news I have lots of examples of folks who
deal with real grounding issues (commercial radio, FAA, & NASA).
Hopefully that will get past the contradictions.

Right now I'm having a ground loop problem in my brain. ;-) I'll need
some time to all absorb this. My first antenna won't arrive for a
month so I have more time to figure this out.
