Yes, PTT in "Settings" tests PTT, no signal is output.
"Tune" sends audio to rig.

I am confident that that is what I see on other radios. "Test PTT" no audio at all.
No reason for a QDX to be different.

That indicates that the power output setting in WSJT-X isn't all the way to the top, but it is for Tune. Make sure the slider is all the way up.
