FYI thought I would give an update. I fixed my failure to align problem. Seems the problem was caused primarily by a poor connection to my headphone jack. The circuit would open then if i put enough pressure on the jack it would start working. ?The solution was to take pliers and grab the jack and resolder the headphone kack while pressing down. It resolved the probelm and it alligns.?
By the way, as per the instructions, 8.7 is before the volume control and will be ridiculously loud. 8.8-8.10 respind to the volume control R36. I was getting 0 on 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10. The resoldering resolved that.?
