Re: Rasberry Pi WSPR Decode

Hi all,
Here you can find more info about WSPR on Raspi and sound cards settings.

Working fine on my Raspi 2 B without GUI.

On my notebook I tried also to receive WSPR signals with QCX 40... without any modifications of CW filter.
Tested with Linux Mint & WSPR4.0 r4522 & QCX 40.
First change BFOfreq in WSPR.INI (or Setup/Advanced/RX BFO (Hz)) to center freq of CW filter in your QCX (550Hz for my QCX). In WSPR main window set Dial Frequency to 7.039550 (7.040100 - CW filter center freq).
Tune your QCX RX on 7.039550 and enjoy :)

Hi Dave,
I too cannot get WSJT-X v1.8.0 to recognise my soundcard on my Raspberry Pi.
I get a long list of options but my nearest input to yours is:- Input??sysdefaultCARD=*SET *(not 'Device') and Output?? sysDefaultCARD= ALSA is there but does not work. All I get at start up is an error message in WSJT-X is 'Error in Sound Input' then 'Error in Sound Output' and 'Audio data not being fed to the audio input device fast enough'. Early versions of WSPR found my USB soundcard straight away. Any ideas what to try next please? Ken G4APB
