I too cannot get WSJT-X v1.8.0 to recognise my soundcard on my Raspberry Pi.
I get a long list of options but my nearest input to yours is:-?Input??sysdefaultCARD=SET (not 'Device')
and Output?? sysDefaultCARD= ALSA is there but does not work.
All I get at start up is an error message in WSJT-X is 'Error in Sound Input' then 'Error in Sound Output' and 'Audio data not being fed to the audio input device fast enough'.
Early versions of WSPR found my USB soundcard straight away.
Any ideas what to try next please?
