The PCB I got with my QCX 40m kit doesn't look like that pictured in the Rev 1.08 PDF instructions.I only noticed the difference *after* I soldered?in the 28-pin IC2 socket. The PCB has "CW tcvr?QRP Labs 2017 2" in the lower right corner. The diagram stenciled on the PCB shows IC2 upper left as in the V1.08 manual but the 28-pin holes are lower right.The manual refers to 26-pin IC2 but I have a 28-pin socket and 28pin IC hand labeled with tape as T1.00e. I put the IC socket in with dimple to left - a 50/50 chance of correct.
I'm very confused...appreciate some help!
