Osh Park makes nice boards. Especially for one offs. They are made well and I like their concept of combining multiple orders on one panel (panelizing). I learned early on to quadruple check before I send them anything. My biggest failure was a power supply board for replacing the battery in the old "farm radios". I completely screwed it up and ordered boards even though my prototype didn't work (duh). The boards were about 3x3, maybe 3x4 so it was an expensive screw up. I still haven't gone back and corrected my mistake. I found it but haven't revisited it...
