Any board house that will take .brd files can make the boards. I can export and attach Gerbers if that is helpful. Osh Park charged $13.05 for three boards. Not cheap by any means. Minimum order is 3. Their pricing runs about $5.05/sq.in. Free shipping.?

If you want I can make an SMA version and export both versions to Gerber's so you can use a different board house.
