(1) Are all of the files listed required to make the case (guessing the answer is yes)? Yes, all the parts are on Thingiverse (2) Do you have a 3D printer recommendation?? I only have experience of the Anet A8.? This seems to me an ideal introduction to 3D printing for a very modest (?110 ish) outlay. (3) How long did it take you to print the case components?? It depends on how fast you print.? At a low speed (=better quality) of 30mm / sec it took a total of about 12 hours for all the bits.
Take a look at the forums on Thingiverse for excellent help and support on all 3D modelling / printing issues.
