if you start zadig you should be able to select in the top Dropdown-Menü list USBasp and under driver there there usually you see none. ?On the right of the green arrow you should select something like libusb... ?And then klick install driver.?

With USBasp boards you will not see a com port in device manager. Programm like avrdude don't use com ports but talk to the programmer by using the library libusb.
