Still looking for a problem

I am still having an issue in that when my HF rig is on and connected to the receive port, the output in? transverter TX mode drops. A s soon as I switch the rig off, it comes up to normal level. I plan to check all earth connections to make sure they are all common. Once that is done, I can look elsewhere
