Sorry for the long delay between questions.
The speaker, amplifier, and battery manager appear to be working.
The ATU worked fine in isolation.
However, after plugging everything together, the ATU front panel button and LED are not working.
I traced the connections from the front panel through the "mount board" to the "companion board" and there is continuity.
For example, when I push the front panel button, the ATU_BTN shorts to ground on the companion board like it is supposed to.
But there is no relay clicking or front panel LED activity when I short press, short double press, or long press the front panel button.
If the ATMEGA328P was not working or it had the wrong firmware, then perhaps that could cause this behavior.
However, when the system is first powered up, the internal ATU_RESET LED D1 flickers, comes on for a half second, then goes off.
I take that to mean that the ATMEGA328P is working.
So at this point, I'm stumped.
Any ideas?
