Good suggestion, but after replacing the USB cable with one that has two ferrites, I see the same behavior.

I'm running Windows 10 and I just noticed that the sound card shows as a QDX, not a QMX.? For those of you on Windows, does yours show QDX or QMX?? I have a few QDXs and have used them on this PC before, but why it still says QDX I have no idea and non idea how to get it to show QMX.? Checking w/Grok ...
