Sorry if I missed it, but what precautions should one take when running the ATU?
As far as I can tell the QMX+ will see every impedance that the ATU hits while doing its search.
Once Hans gives us control over output power it should not be an issue.
But until then, it seems risky to the finals to just run the ATU as is.
In my build, I followed the VE7TK approach of just mounting SMA connectors at the top of the back plate, running RG-178 internally to/from the ATU.
In absence of any better advice here in the forum, I plan to insert a inline between QMX+ out and ATU in (since it includes a resistive bridge).
Thoughts?
