Unfortunately I did not find out what part is used for the potentiometer. I was somewhat able to figure out the rotary encoder though.
It might be possible to find out by contacting QRP labs customer support. I have a doubt that you will be able to find it on digikey or mouser, it might be on AliExpress though.

Did you ever get the information you were looking for?? Below is a copy of a post I recently made.? I'm looking for the same thing for an abandoned QCX-mini

I acquired? a damaged QCX-mini from an sk estate.? The volume knob and and pot shaft are missing.? Looks like the shaft of the potentiometer broke below the case, possibly it was dropped and hit the knob.? The unit powers up at 12volts and appears to work just fine.? The remaining shaft is operable by placing a splunger on the remaining shaft and ,with difficulty , I can adjust the AF gain.? At power up it says it is a? 2020 version 1.07a, which I would guess is the firmware.? Does anyone know what the part # or part description might be?? Possibly even the digikey part #, as they are in my back yard.? Seems like it would be straight forward to pull it out of its case and replace the pot and knob with original parts.? It is a 30 meter model if that matters.
