Yes, I touched ALL of my solder joints. I'll go back and review L401, T401, and the LPFs though.

I'll also take a picture of the board (top and bottom) and zoom in to look for anything that could be causing a short. I didn't see anything initially, but it is a very small area. :)

I don't have access to a signal generator or oscilloscope.
