For the 00 start time, the chart will be valid after the first hour since the transmit starts in the first available slot and that it likely to be a random time. It was easier for me to see the transmit times on a chart...
It's obviously not a particularly critical thing, but this one is interesting. Are you sure? I just checked in the code and I couldn't see how that would happen? I'll try to reproduce it here too!
